BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount will be paid. The
remaining 50% will be paid a maximum of 30 days before the boarding
date.
• If payments are not made correctly within the stipulated period, the
company reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to nonpayment
by the client.
• Catering and drinks will be paid for no later than 15 days before the
boarding date.
• The prices indicated above include 3 crew members (Captain and 2
sailors). In order not to lose quality in the service:
For groups of 38 or more, it will be necessary to include a fourth crew
member on board
For groups of 50 or more, it will be necessary to hire a fifth crew
member.
When clients have contracted aquatic activities
additional (whether through the catamaran, or
another supplier), in order to preserve the safety of the ship and
clients, it will also be mandatory to hire a
additional crew member.
The price per crew member is €100 for the half-day excursion and
€150 on the full-day excursion, VAT included.
CANCELLATIONS
• In case of cancellation by the Catamarán company, due to adverse
weather conditions (decision to be made by the captain
of the boat), the total amount paid will be returned and there will be no
annulment expenses.
• In case of cancellation by the client, the cancellation costs
will be in accordance with the anticipation with which said cancellation:
o Cancellation with a minimum of 90 days prior to the date of shipment,
25% of the amount will be charged as management expenses
total of the catamaran. The amounts that could have been paid on
account for catering or drinks will be returned entirely to the client.
Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days prior to the date of boarding,
the cancellation costs will be 50% of the total amount of the catamaran
reservation. The quantities that have been able to pay on account for
catering or drinks.

o Cancellation communicated within 30 days prior to the boarding date,
cancellation costs will be 100%
of the total reservation. The quantities delivered in concept catering and
beverage costs will be fully returned to the client.
If the reservation is canceled within 15 days prior to the boarding date,
the cancellation cost will be 100% of the reservation, including the
amount of the catamaran plus all hired services.
